Internships
Catch a behind-the-scenes look at a professional dance company and gain hands-on experience in arts administration. AXIS internships provide aspiring artists, arts educators, managers and leaders the opportunity to learn about the inner workings of a mid-sized modern dance company. You’ll learn how to spearhead development, marketing, research, and dance education projects. Positions are now available for Summer 2013:

Stipend: |
$100. No tuition fees for studio classes or summer intensives. Interns receive 2 complimentary tickets to AXIS annual home season performance. Academic credit if applicable. |
Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge (including MS Word and Excel)
- Excellent phone and people skills
- Enthusiasm for working with the public
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently
