When we first started performing, people kept asking how they could learn more about the field of physically integrated dance. So we created a uniquely inclusive educational program that inspires and engages participants of all ages and abilities, both amateur and current or aspiring professionals. By popular demand, our education programs now encompass about 50% of our activities.
- We teach dance and the art of collaboration to youth and adults of all abilities
- We encourage looking at differences as opportunities for creative ideas and solutions, rather than as obstacles
- We provide a fun, non-competitive, creative, physical outlet for all ages.
- We empower youth and adults by providing inspiring role models who do what they love – no matter what!
Are you an adult who wants to have fun and move? Check out our Dance Access classes.

Fees & Availability
The fees for our services range depending on the program, number of engagements, length of engagement, number of AXIS dancers required and distance to which the company travels for the engagement. Our goal is to reach as many communities and schools as possible. If there are other schools or organizations in your area that could benefit from AXIS’ programs around the same time of your event, we often negotiate a fee based on multiple engagements within one area. Please email us to determine the availability of the company and the Dance Access teaching team for future engagements, or call (510) 625-0110.
