Our FINAL community dance class of the year is upon us… join us at Berkeley Ballet Theater for an extra special AXIS in Motion class on Fri. Nov 15th!
Thanks so much to everyone who has joined us for these classes, throughout the whole year. Your presence and connection have made this program so special. Whether on zoom or in person, we’re so lucky to share space and dance with you. ?
Thanks to support from the @calartscouncil, class is FREE to the public.
CLASS DESCRIPTION: Disabled, non-disabled. d/Deaf and neurodivergent participants of all experience levels are invited to join AXIS for an accessibility-driven contemporary dance class. We will begin with warmups designed to draw awareness to the full body, before moving on to technique and improvisation exercises that encourage all dancers to respond to the environment and each other with embodied joy.
