The Rehearsal Director is a highly motivated individual with strong leadership, teaching and communication skills. Collaboration and teamwork are at the heart of the creation and performance of our repertory and delivery of our extensive dance education and outreach program for people of all ages with and without disabilities. The Rehearsal Director will ensure all repertoire is well rehearsed and the production and performance qualities are of high artistic excellence to represent the Company nationally and internationally.

The Development Director will lead the stewardship of individual donors and corporate sponsorship opportunities, as well as support strategy for other funding sources in collaboration with AXIS’ grant writer.
This is a 30hrs/week exempt position with a hybrid schedule in the San Francisco Bay Area – with in-person work taking place at our office in Berkeley. Previous Development Director experience with a proven track record of fundraising is highly desired.
