Clairey Evangelho (she/her): Grown in the San Joaquin Valley and transplanted to Oakland, Clairey has been dancing and working in special education since 2020. Clairey graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.S. in Environmental Justice and Embodiment. She’s recently had the pleasure of being in process and performance with Lizz Roman and Dancers, Água Doce Dance Company, Amy Lewis, and Carol Kueffer-Moore. Clairey’s artistry has been shaped by Gaga, site-specific work, Contact Improvisation, Silvestre Technique, and her autism.
